Script Agents

Script Agents automatically search for scripts based on a set critera then emails you the results. This saves time running manual searches, especially if you're looking for a specific type of script. As new scripts are added by writers, our system runs the agent on the frequency you specifiy and sends you links to scripts that match, or are a close match, to what you're looking for.

Creating an Agent​

From your Dashboard, click the Create Agent button to create a new agent.

Enter a meaningul title and select some basic search criterea such as the script type (short, feature or TV series) and the genres you're interested in.

Query​

The query uses natural language to help refine your search without using an array of clunky dropdown lists and filters. Simply enter excatly what you're looking for to refine the search.

Frequency​

This is how often you want to receive emails with the search results. If no results are found, we won't email you.

Max Results​

Select how many results you want included in the email. We will send you the top results from the search, upto the maximum amount you specifiy.

Updating, Pausing or Removing an Agent​

To change an existing agent simply click the edit icon to the right of the agent name.

Script Agent

To pause an agent (which just prevents it from running), simply click the pause icon. To restart the agent, click the play icon.

To delete an agent simply click the trash icon.

Agent Limits​

For the standard plan, you are limited to 5 agents. For the Pro plan, you can create unlimited agents.
